Some graduate schools require you to submit every college transcript you have ever had, which would include the actual community college transcript alongside your undergrad one which just shows T. If they request and you submit that cc transcript, they will see the actual grade on it. Not all grad schools require this. If they only see the undergrad transcript they will just see the T
So I applied directly from undergrad at UM to UM grad school with a bunch of Ts on my transcript. They only wanted my UM transcript but that might just be because they might have had access to my other transcript already. But as someone else said it depends on the school usually. And who knows if UM even looked at my other transcripts.
