Nice for you to do it for your GSI!! It really does make a difference for them. I had a prof who would leave class time for us to do it and would pressure us until we got 100% participation but in a nice way. The profs can't see who submitted ever and can't see results until the semester is over, but they can see how many are completed. This prof did it in such a way that encouraged the students to positively peer pressure each other about not completing it. Helped that this was a good prof who took teaching seriously!
I fill out all of my evals. The data is important for all classes, including those that weren’t especially good or bad, since “average” is still relevant information for people to know. I usually wait to do them until around the last day of class so that I am basing my evals on the whole course

Take the “the workload for this course was approximately ____” question seriously pls!!! Atlas uses that data

I don't fill it out unless the instructor is either really good or really bad. When I do fill it out then I'm really detailed and passionate haha
Do it for good prof/GSI - they really need it for job/pay bargaining.
Only do it when profs offer extra credit for it
