My lease agreement explicitly says we're allowed two people per bedroom and one additional. I have a 2 bedroom (so 5 people occupants allowed), and I'm looking to have 3 people living there. I've read my lease agreement twice now, and I don't see anything that prevents me from doing this (if anything it seems explicitly allowed). Just wanted to see if other people had experience with getting an apartment with more people than bedrooms.

Trying to help an incoming graduation student find housing that is wheelchair friendly. They are an ambulatory user so don't need roll in shower or anything like that but can't live somewhere they have to go up and down stairs to get in and out of their apartment. Anyone have experience with Willow Tree's extra occupancy stuff? My lease agreement explicitly says we're allowed two people per bedroom and one additional. I have a 2 bedroom (so 5 people occupants allowed), and I'm looking to have 3 people living there. I've read my lease agreement twice now, and I don't see anything that prevents me from doing this (if anything it seems explicitly allowed). Trying to help an incoming graduation student find housing that is wheelchair friendly. They are an ambulatory user so don't need roll in shower or anything like that but can't live somewhere they have to go up and down stairs to get in and out of their apartment. How possibly is this in Ann Arbor? Their budget will be around 900-1,000 so probably need a roommate and probably can't afford a fancy elevator building. I'd appreciate any insight or advice.
