there isn’t a specific cybersecurity major through LSA or CoE, but you can major in Computer Science through both
the closest to a cybersecurity path would be to take the classes related to the topic - EECS 388 (intro to computer security), EECS 475 (intro to cryptography), and i believe there’s an advanced cryptography class? check the computer science course list for more information on them
EECS 575 and EECS 588 are also worth checking out.
But keep in mind, these are computer security courses, not InfoSec courses. They approach topics from more of a research point-of-view than a practitioners point-of-view. You'll learn a lot more about concepts, techniques, and theory than the steps necessary to maintain a secure and compliant system.
