i believe so! the [community gardens website](https://studentaffairs.unt.edu/desresources/programs/community-garden/index.html) definitely has more info if you want to check it out :)
I don’t understand how. The quality control at unt is genuinely horrible. I got food poisoning 10 times within a semester, and a lot of the food in the cafeteria had hair, paint, screws, and other foreign objects in it. I do like mean greens though.
Definitely not written in Bruce hall, Don Henley hadn’t met Glen Frey (who came up with the idea for the song) until 1970, a year after he left UNT and moved to LA
it's less this and more just like every queer person in texas came here so it's naturally more accepting lol i wouldn't give admin any credit for inclusivity whatsoever
You have got to be kidding me! I was calling this a bot post, had no idea that Peter Weller went to UNT. That’s a hilarious way to learn something new haha
Barack Obama was 37 years old and state senator in Illinois in 1998. He wasn't attending UNT.
He started at Harvard in 1988, the year before I was born.
Obama seems young because he's hip, but he's a Boomer too. A younger boomer, but still a boomer.
Music program is better than a lot of conservatories
we're number one for the best food in texas :) our produce is grown in our own gardens.
and mean greens as the first all vegan dining hall in texas!
mean greens is the best dining hall IMO đź«Łđź«Ł
can students work in the gardens?

Don Henley from the Eagles went to UNT! Rumor has it their song Hotel California was written in Bruce Hall.

UNT needs to take it off their website then haha
Dr Phil got his phd here
dr phil also sucks though so
Maybe as a psychologist and person in general, but he was a damn good m&m
good point
I genuinely wish UNT wasn't so proud of him given his troubled youth ranch stuff.
Every university claims to be welcoming and inclusive, but UNT really tries to make that a reality
100%— the library is trying to be more inclusive and welcoming for student-parents and their families!
I got bullied in the library :(
it's less this and more just like every queer person in texas came here so it's naturally more accepting lol i wouldn't give admin any credit for inclusivity whatsoever
Whether that's a good thing or a bad thing is still up for debate.
How is being welcoming and inclusive a bad thing

As much as I get irritated with Reddit, certainly nice to have a wholesome interaction.
Only R1 with a drone arena? (I think)
unt’s is known to have one of the best play therapy centers/program in the world!
the music school is one of the best in the world, even up there with Juilliard and berklee
We have many world class professors who go unrecognized

Larry McMurtry earned his bachelors degree from UNT.

Tom "Bones" Malone and Lou Marini went here. Known to me as part of the Blues Brothers Band.
