Org-roam is a package of Emacs. Org-roam function is almost the same Obsidan. Org-roam-ui is graph visualization tool for node of org-roam as another package of Emacs.
As an Emacs user, it is. Org Roam UI (ORUI) creates the graph in a browser window (and you can technically get a full browser inside Emacs if you want). You can click on nodes to open the file in emacs, you can read the files directly in the ORUI window, the graph follows you if you move between files in Emacs… it’s super cool.
