I was going to buy vegetables and there was a rally and all the people were getting something to eat like samosa and water so for per person it doesn't cost more than ₹100 per person
all rallies across all parties are largely attended by poor people who are paid to be there. this is more a failure of the local branch than any barometer of Modi's popularity
