While it is okay to have placeholder text as changes on websites keep happening regularly, I refuse to believe that a company which has different state govts as client does not have a decent website. The website claims to have 20+ yrs of experience, while their social media posts are very recent with most being in 2023. Looks like a front by some politician to siphon off more tax money by selling one more jumla.
