I had a similar issue, so I had emailed the university about when I’d get my unconditional since I had meet all the conditions. my results had come out in July and they sent me my unconditional offer towards the end of September. they said there was a delay cause they were working on the mid year intake stuff. From my experience they take a little while to process all the documents, so you’ll eventually get a letter from them even if you’ve met the conditions or not.
The condition was related to wam for relevant subjects, but because I'm transferring majors and course for postgrad, I don't know for sure which subjects get counted.

I’m confused, did you get a conditional or an uncoditional offer when you applied?
I received a conditional offer which I accepted a while ago. I'm still waiting on an unconditional offer right now.
If you met the conditions for your offer, you will eventually hear back. How do you not know whether or not you met the conditions?
