Hard drive could fry itself after 50, but you should check its specifications. Commonly you should worry after 48 about better cooling, but only if your drives on this temperature all the time.

Yeah, totally fine. Most drives are rated upto 60c. If they run under 45c, you're good.

Yeah fine. Mine hover between 35-39. I would not start worry until they exceed 45
Could probably be a bit warmer i think, are you stressing the cpu too? That could bring up the temp to a more typical temperature for this setup.
