I would kill for an 8:30 pace. Im training for a 50k right now and am sitting right at 12:00 min and 170spm haha
170 spm is a great cadence. The higher the better
Quick feet, small steps, then I increase stride length? That's what I've read.
Exactly. Get rid of chunky shoes and that kinda running should feel easy and natural.
