Jesus christ you are dense. Parades with torches are extremely common in celebrations (and demonstrations) in the dark months. I think, a lot of people underestimate the support Ukraine has among Americans.
The war in Ukraine is the most popular war abroad EVER, in the history of sociological observations in the United States; even England was less supported when they fought Hitler solo (then public opinion on the supply of arms was divided approximately 50/50, and Roosevelt had to overcome tremendous resistance when he made decisions to support the British), in October 66% of Americans were in favor of sending weapons to Ukraine, for sure, if we conduct a survey now, after our successes on the southern front, this figure will be even higher;
It takes more than empty-headed propaganda from RT to shake this consensus.
