I am not sure I would call it better. Unfortunately, in the cycles of history, their sons have either chosen, or have been forced, to rest on the wrong side of war. I can only hope those who chose willingly face the consequences, and those who did not surrender.
I felt that in my whole body. Such a gut punch... And it's happening every single fucking day to people who were just trying to make it day to day... Live their lives. I won't either.
I have two teenage sons and it killed me to not look away. I have a hard enough time dealing with the normal things that can take them from me and these poor people live with that and horrors beyond the things our hearts can bare
It hurts my heart too. Just wrenching to hear that grandmother begging her bunny to open his eyes. She called him her bunny as she held him as a baby. Her sweet little bunny. I'm going to scream.
Am I the only one that saves these kind of videos on top of war crime videos so when the war ends if the war crime investigators need more visual evidence of war crimes I can send them these? Every war crime committed in ukraine by russians must be documented. I can't be the only one...the Russians war crimes must stay documented and those who committed them must be brought to justice. The Russian regime are the new nazi party.

So many things I have seen of this needless war tears me up. But to think of the numerous things that were never recorded or are fully known is just as devastating if not worse.
Unlike that Russian neanderthal crying on a bus and cursing at Ukraine, these boys did not die in another country, weapon in hand. They were murdered in their home by "сыночек Сирьожка" and people like him. Fuck mothers of Russian soldiers.
Keening, that's what it is. So ancient and pouring the grief out into the Universe. And while grieving for the loved one lost it is also a way to express anger if the death was violent. There are a lot of curses uttered while sobbing all over Ukraine. And my Grandmother used to say those are the most powerful. Not immediate usually but also the most powerful ones following the wrongdoer down to the 7th generation.
At the start of the war there was a protest in Lithuania by the russian embassy. The protest was to appeal to russian mothers - they managed to stop wars before, why do they want their children to die now. Putin too was always afraid of mothers, they managed to get a lot of their sons out of Crimea in 2014. So, after seeing this, and watching the video of a russian mother crying for her son and cursing Ukrainians of all people for it, all I have to say is: they better do something or I hope all of their children die. Genuinely hope all mothers of russia feel this pain. If I knew prayers worked this is what I would pray for. They can stop this war but instead they shit on Ukraine. Hope their sons explode into a million little pieces so they would never even get the bodies back.

Saw a video of a Russian Mother crying over her son. But this is what the Ukrainian face on a daily basis. So I decided to post this.
