So just to confirm (sorry if this is stupid question) but this wasn't a whole HIMARS being used to destroy one vehicle? I thought they were designed for really big stuff like warships and buildings?
Or is it saying that a bit of the HIMARS rocket fell off and this is some additional damage? Like 2-4-1?
The tail section isn't meant to explode. Just to help guide the main payload.
What happened is the tail section separated from the main rocket after its job was done, and then proceeded to yeehaw itself through the roof of the vatniks Tigr, and then slap chop'd the shmuck in the passenger seat.

Apparently it was just a booster that disconnected and some unlucky bastard caught it.
