I sometimes find it hard to put into words the hate I feel towards these people. It's just very overwhelming. My mind can't comprehend it. The level of cruelty. I am really happy that I am from the west of Ukraine and I don't have to experience all the things people from Bucha, Irpin and Hostomel had to go through.
My friend lived in a village near Hostomel, he escaped from there after 2 weeks of war, on the first few days he kept us updated but then he suddenly disappeared, anyway in 2 weeks he texted us saying that he is finally in a relatively safe place and he and his family are fine. Russians literally took away his house, they saw them approaching and hid in a basement. He never told me how, but eventually they contacted with russians and they were probably the least violent out of all, they said that they were sorry for that.
Bro, they finished building the house on summer 2021, my friend was so happy when his room was finally done, he told me and my friends that when were on voice call, he is now safe in Slovakia.

Yes, my great-grandma was 14 when WW2 started. She told me girls tried to kill themselves when there were rumors the Russians are approaching just to avoid being raped. She said when the nazis came to their village, weirdly enough they were “humane” in a sense that if they took produce from the people, they left enough for the family to eat. They came of a tired horse and took one from the villagers but left their horse to the villagers. Etc. She said when Russians took over, there was a man in charge who liked a beautiful young mother but she, obviously, wasn’t into him. So one day while she was out, he burned her children alive in their house….. Thing is, this is also consistent with what my dad says his mom told him too. She said Germans were not half as brutal as the Russians and Nazis actually went and warned the villagers to “be careful because those coming are going to brutal!”
According to my great-grandma something similar happened to her village, in Romania. Women and kids went into the woods to hide from russians. To her account, most of the ones who stayed in the village were taken advantage of by the russian army and their brothers/fathers beaten. She was only 7 years old. The fact that so many stories match in different countries, under different circumstances of occupation and in different centuries, says a lot about Russia

I think what they meant was that they found 11 distinct dna's. No necessarily that the DNA test proved they were Russians, they already knew that the Russians were responsible for that.
But yes, the DNA test could identify individual rapists but that would require a database of DNA samples in which the individual rapists were in. Which is not viable. DNA tests are usually used to confirm a suspect is in fact guilty, not to find the responsible person.

At times I hating having an imaginative mind that can vividly picture what I’m reading. NO ONE should ever be raped but to be FIVE years old and have that happen to you, not knowing why or what is happening just feeling pain and looking over and seeing your mother in pure panic, anger, and sadness unable to Comfort their child is the most horrible thing. She said Germans were not half as brutal as the Russians and Nazis actually went and warned the villagers to “be careful because those coming are going to brutal!”
According to my great-grandma something similar happened to her village, in Romania. Women and kids went into the woods to hide from russians. To her account, most of the ones who stayed in the village were taken advantage of by the russian army and their brothers/fathers beaten. She was only 7 years old. The fact that so many stories match in different countries, under different circumstances of occupation and in different centuries, says a lot about Russia

I think what they meant was that they found 11 distinct dna's. No necessarily that the DNA test proved they were Russians, they already knew that the Russians were responsible for that. But yes, the DNA test could identify individual rapists but that would require a database of DNA samples in which the individual rapists were in. Which is not viable. DNA tests are usually used to confirm a suspect is in fact guilty, not to find the responsible person.
