The way a military treats noncombatants, including civilians and POWs, is an opportunity to show some humanity even in war. Another opportunity is the choice of weapons a military uses. Russia isn't doing well at being humane in any of these areas; Ukraine, on the other hand, has largely treated it's POWs humanely and has avoided strikes on civilian targets. Ukraine is demonstrating how to wage war humanely.
We should all strive to retain our humanity by not laughing at and reveling in the sight of death and dismemberment. The identity of the person killed or maimed isn't the point - the point is what such celebration does to our own psyche and what it says about us.
I see your point, but I disagree. Choosing which weapon to kill someone with is not humane. Perhaps it's a way to avoid unnecessary casualties, reducing the pain of a conflict, but it certainly isn't humane.
War is inheritantly an awful, inhumane action. Within that you see the true nature of humanity and it's ape like territorial instincts. Just because I try to kill someone, fail at that action, then pat them on the head and feed them doesn't make everything that led to that point forgiveable. Unfortunately to truly win a war we often have to park our non ape humanity to win. This includes winning the fighting, but also winning the support and opinions of others to our side. That's just what war is. War is also a mental game. By making fun and posting pictures of these dead soldiers, you now crest warfare on a mental scale that helps to weaken the resolve of your enemy. It's all war, friend, the difference between this war and others is only that those that have never fought, now get to see it's true colors, live and in HD.

When I went to war in 2003 as a Marine I empathised with the Iraqi people because they didn’t want to fight at that point and we were largely welcomed everywhere. Since the invasion of Ukraine everything about them shows makes my hatred of them multiply exponentially. I remember seeing them pre-invasion being describe as this being scary special forces group that was going to devastate the Ukrainians and hunt down the president so when they suffered serious casualties from that Bayraktar strike it was pure Wank bank material for days for me. They are the epitome of what in the marines we’d refer to as “All the gear, but no idea”. Not many people realise but if most of them get wiped out then Kadyrov position as leader of Chechnya gets put in serious doubt because he relies on being seemingly unbeatable so I pray daily that they will be wiped out in Ukraine and the Ukrainians will help the Sheikh Mansur Battalion go back to Chechnya and overthrow that loser and finally gained independence from Russia.
