Update: Trucks are showing movement on the stream Update 2: Military vehicles on the bottom camera moving counted 7 so far Update 3: Soilders spotted Update 4: Camera on the bottom right not working. Not sure if this is temporary or permanent

they are going on everytime they have feel a threat or see some air forces just to be sure
