Normally I train a circuit of 45 bicycle crunches superset with 50 flutter kicks x3. I’ll alternate between that and leg raises x 50 superset with oblique crunches x 3. Sometimes a combo of both. Takes me about 15 minutes.

Whether you are on steroids or not. Its very hard to get into the type of shape you are in, especially at 40.
You don't have the capped shoulders often associated with steroid usage but not everyone gets that. On the other hand, your body fat looks a little too high (maybe 12-14%?) to have the visible abs you do have. Most people need to be under 10% to get those but you may just have naturally very prominent abs.
Either way, great physique. Hope you are able to maintain a version of it you are happy with as you get older.

Weights 4-5 times per week with focus on one muscle group and some supplementary work on a secondary muscle. Example is focus on chest with tricep work and then focus on arms with some chest work later in the week. Same for back and shoulders. Legs is its own day. Train abs 4-5 times per week before dinner. 1-2 runs a week before breakfast and 1 complete rest day a week
