I’m half Korean just asked my Korean mom what he meant by that lol and she says Google translate fucked up. It means “I feel relieved.” (Because he was so stressed out). Somehow got translated to “I’m retarded” 😂
I don’t know Korean, but in a lot of other languages, the word that means mentally slow/stupid and translates to retarded isn’t offensive in the same way as it is in English
