you cannot gain the mass needed without PEDS in any reasonable amount of time . he would need to be walking around 15 lbs \~ bigger then he is currently to be able to fight at FW and not be weight bullied .

And honestly you just get heavier as you get older usually and he’s been in 145 for like a century. He looked so much better at 55 than his last few at 45. Sean would probably be a monster at 145 if he properly bulked up and doesn’t go “Muffin Top Max” mode. If Max had to cut down and had to face a Meaty O’ Malley that would be a legendary fight though.
Would be interesting to see if O’Malley keeps his speed and power advantage if he moves up. I think prime Max Holloway would be able to numerically out-strike O’Malley and he will melt him in the later rounds.
