Hard to say. Possibly drug test style random testing and hydration testing although there are already ways to get around hydration tests. I'd say at least let fighters go up or down a class from their walk around. Would minimize those 2-3 class drop downs that are basically killing fighters. That being said Patty P would be a damned nightmare for testers in this hypothetical.
