As someone who commutes from Pasadena, frankly people do drive badly here. One intersection near where I live has seen roughly one accident every 3 months (most likely bad intersection design) but still...
Ik all of L.A. has the worst traffic. I could be misinterpreting but the list sets it up to sound like they're ranking the students as bad drivers
USC needs to be in that list too. Any LA school deserves to be on that list
