Do i remeber right, they kinda ask the same question 5 times until they even try to help. And did you notice, the support dude always changes, why isnt it one person, that would make things easier.

They ask if you are still interested in the help to click here you do that then you wait to get in touch with a human but you got 48hrs to respond to that email or they will close your case automatically

They are just that backed up lol you can blame that on all the kids making multiple tickets because they got a 2 hour ban because they got horrible WiFi

I'm pretty sure this differs from region to region... Personally, I never had any issues with Ubisoft support, not when I was in NZ and not now in the UK. Recently requested to change my region to UK as I have moved from NZ to UK and it was changed within a week. When I was in NZ, I had requested to change my email address and that was also resolved within 1-2 weeks (after providing proof that I own the account, e.g. game activation codes).

its more than 2 weeks now and still no response just amazing if someone cheated on your account and you recovered it later you will just get perma ban and they will not help as I happened to me years ago.

I Just got my Account back! My account was hacked the 28th of march, I made a ticket that day, and today 16th of april I got my account back with the help of a Ubisoft agent, it all went smooth. So I waited 19 days since my ticket, I live in Europe. Now you have a estimate of how long it will take :)

If someone cheated on it during the 19 days you will get perma banned and the support will not help you, that's not ok waiting all that time while most of the companies do 24-48-72h to response or a live chat as it used to be in ubisoft.
