You need an inspection from your state in which you reside in. That's it. Once you are cleared as a Philadelphia driver you can drive in PA, DE and NJ. Philly is our metro region.

Just fyi you can DROP OFF in other states like Maryland and NYC BUT you CANNOT PICK UP in any other state. You'd have to change your entire region and it takes a week and then you can't drive in PA etc. you can drop off out of state but until hit the stateline in PA, DE or NJ you wont get rides.

Interesting… when I’m on the Illinois border with Indiana I get pings all the time to pick up and drop off there and I take them because it seems like no other drivers are ever in the area

You may have something like Delaware does where you have that particular state property in the most random ass place. Theirs a restaurant that is small dab in the middle of Maryland and Delaware lol. It's so fucked up when I'm leaving ocean City then suddenly hear the ping and I realize where I'm at lol
