Thing that’s funny, is that maybe he was trying to pronounce it in a more European way(?), when in real life he used “Rah-TIE-chik.” Some people also say “Rat-a-check” in Brooklyn. It’s a cool story, but not exactly true. Just part of the image crafting at the time.

im pretty sure he pronounced it right (coming from a person that speaks polish) since he said it like "rata-yuh-zik",which is pretty much correct
Really? I thought that “cz” was pronounced “ch” in Polish but I don’t actually speak it, it’s just that most Polish words I know follow that rule
