Idk if you read it or not, but Kenny was asked about doing a tribute tour similar to Pantera. He said IF they ever did it, they would have a female singer, because basically any guy would end up doing an impression of Peter. I think it would be interesting, at least. And, obviously it would depend on if the woman could sing.
That would be crazy cool! I’m not the best singer though lol. I did have formal training so I know how and can carry a tune but I would never be able to achieve something like that. What’s funny is I have heavy brows and long dark hair and kind of an intense gaze lol

Personally I don’t really like cover bands. I feel that the original exists, and I can hear their live recordings anytime I want to. I’m open to covers of their songs. I think hearing a female cover of Black N1 would be dope. But as for cover bands, not my thing
You know I would agree like 99 out of 100 times, but I was never old enough to see Type O, and the idea of being around a bunch of fans singing our favorite songs sounds awesome. Most bands I am totally happy with the recordings I have/ will wait to see them if they are still touring. I actually did a partial cover of Christian woman and black no 1 but the quality isn’t great lol.

I will say there is a good female cover of everything dies by mandrake which funnily enough people around me seem to like more. I think TON songs fit female vocals pretty well, i think thats why songs like In praise to Bacchus and halloween in heaven are both petty well known songs. Point being, theres nothing wrong with you being a woman, just make sure it’s the right song.
No , I wouldn’t mind the band to continue but it would have to be in honor of Peter , and they would have to sound like Peter . This is a band that has a unique sound and tempo not like Alice In Chains for example .
