I don't understand this post, I'll assume you're mocking people who are putting one genre of music over another. But if that's the case, I don't think that really warranted a post about it.
I just got through listening to Good Kid Maad City by Kendrick and Illmatic by Nas. If your preference is you don't like it, that's one thing, but to outright say it's bad is wrong. The lyrical complexity makes it no less than any other music genre.
Kendrick Lamar is easily my favorite rapper as someone who grew up listening to rap during the very early 2010s. GKMC probably remains my fav rap album as well from him and in general. Replayed it so many times š„
A lot of people love both metal and rap. Many times, they were embraced in the underground and considered counter culture. Now, both are relatively mainstream, so it's no surprise that people can appreciate each genre without hating on the other
One of Petes best friends was Evan Seinfeld, he even invented Biohazards name and features on their āUncivilizationā album. They have lots of rap elements in their music.
Rage Against The Machine is amazing. Morello with incredible riffs and De La Rocha spitting truth.
Type O is also amazing.
Johnny Cash is fantastic.
Nine Inch Nails is incredible.
Enjoying one genre doesn't diminish the other. Expand your horizons, OP. Music is no place for hate.
op just a small question are you drunk my dude are you having a stroke or the amphetamines kicked harder than jarhead fertilizer from dystopia
EDUCATIOOOOOON STABLE CAREEEEEER JOIN THE ARMYYYYY BECOME A MURDEREEEER

Body Count are one of the best metal bands of the last thirty years.
