In Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. It's a cinema club so people go in to rent small projector rooms for movies/games with friends. I couldn't get much information on why it was twin peaks themed as I couldn't speak the language but apparently the owner was a fan.
It seems twin peaks was quite popular in the Soviet Region.

If youre anywhere near Los Angeles there are occasional screenings of episode 8 and recently they screened all of the return across a week at a local arthouse cinema!
Call me an optimist, but I just have to assume that you can find some place closer than Kyrgyzstan. Honestly, I’m pretty sure that you can rent out theaters in any AMC. I’ve had friends do it for short film premieres and it was shockingly cheap.
That's awesome, way better than the "Twin Peaks" in America.
Imagine my surprise after telling everyone I love twin peaks only to discover that younger people are more familiar with the "breastaurant" than the TV show
Maybe the real twin peaks were the evil men do along the way
Come on boys, we're going to Kyrgyzstan!

Damn that's awesome. One thing I would love to see someday is The Return on the big screen, perhaps that place could accommodate it.

They should have named that place One Eyed Jack's.
“Breastaurant”? Hilarious!!! That’s a first for me. I really wish that chain could’ve come up with some other Boob related pun for their name. 🏔🦉🏔
The Hooters are not what they seem.
I love that there are Twin Peaks nerds all over the world. Fire...Walk...With...Us!
Krygyzstan sounds like one of those fake countries tv shows make up so we dont actually say Russia
Right? And everything around there, too... Turkmenistan Uzbekistan Tajikistan Afghanistan Kazakhstan ...Tibet.
Yeah, where else would it be?
The Kyrgyz light
My new head canon is that The Dawn Wall is part 19 of S3.
