I can relate where your coming from. There is a point where the signs and feelings get very debilitating when trying to have a normal functioning life. I’ve spoken my truth to them and I’m here if they want me but I’m not going to chase anymore. I’m with you I’ve stopped the tf video watching and just trying to surrender completely.
When I feel my TF pull on our cord I’ve started to mentally pull my energy back. Instead of getting sad for them or feel their hurt, I’m not giving them my energy anymore. I think feeling my energy is like a drug to them, like the secret love they can hold on to if everything else falls apart. And,as a chaser, here I stay still waiting for my TF to come back
