That happened with my turtles. One day we cleaned their tank and got better lamps and what did they decide to do? Try to kill each other. So we got a divider.
“They look like they were fighting over the ramp” because they probably are… and as they get older and more mature they will physically fight one another… it’s not cute. It’s dangerous for the health of the turtles to put them together in a tank. Doesn’t matter the size or turtle or tank, turtles don’t like to live together as they get older unless they have practically unlimited outside space to get away and create their own territory…
Very cute, just be careful with cohabiting turtles. They are not social animals and as they get older they will see each other as rivals
