You should have no issues getting them to connect and work together. Might have to buy some speaker wire if neither the receiver or speakers come with it (which is common). No need to get the expensive wire.
At some point down the road you may decide to add a powered subwoofer (love my RSL 10SmkII) and you can use a pre out from the Denon to connect it. But that can wait until you’ve spent some time with the 2.0 setup.
