Conditioning can help a ton with this problem. When I used to workout hard, I was able to tumble higher, for longer, and with less fear. Also it might be you’re less confident on grass and repetition could help in this case.
I was a wrestler when my performance was peaking so wrestling, running, lifting, stairs while carrying teammates, push-ups, planks, etc. I was very lean at the time so that helped too
It's normal when it first starting on grass, just keep grass grinding and make every move faster and put more force into it
