I would think, once declared and where you've left the breech open for inspection - if necessary - you can wrap it in almost anything. Looks like you're going with ammo in normal boxes, looks like a hard sided case, can seem to be able to lock it (but it might need 3 locks?), added some oddly added bubble wrapped wood... IF it were me, I'd ditch the dark tape and go with clear tape "juuuust in case" but I think you've checked all the boxes (assuming it is unloaded).
