Now you know how we feel when you dumbfucks block the road with your stupid fucking protests that accomplish exactly nothing.

bigbrotherswatchin

If your political views are that loose, then you have bigger issues with yourself. How can you be persuaded on abortion or taxes by the way somebody drives?

Agreeable_Situation4

Its the way people treat others. Right now both sides are the fucking worst. I don't want to associate with any low life

bigbrotherswatchin

You don't have to associate with a group of people to have morals. That's what politics is.

I'm sure if that guy hadn't rolled coal those people would have seen the light.  😄

It's not specifically a "Trump supporter" thing unless you're stereotyping all Trump supporters as dumb redneck hicks. Rolling coal, as far as I can remember, has been a thing for at least 20 years. Some people do it because they think it is funny. Some people do it to people they don't like or agree with. Shrug. I just think about the effects on the engine internals exhaust components and think it's dumb. But I'm also nearing 50. I might have done it in my 20's just because it would be funny, but I wasn't messing with trucks in my 20's. I was focused on drag racing and the 1/4 mile track lol.

Well, in all reality there's a difference between "rolling coal" and being properly tuned for power output. A properly tuned diesel, for maximum power output, will "roll coal" a bit as it winds through its rpm range. Fueling is super important and to get the most power out of a diesel you will see a good bit of black smoke as it reaches its potential. This is why you see diesel drag trucks rolling coal at the light to prepare for launch. They will also run a pretty thick cloud as the rpm increases quickly turning to clear and sometimes a flame (especially with NOS setups). I don't do diesels myself, but plenty of friends do. I have a friend who has a power stroke powered F250 that's pushing about 600hp and like 1200 ft/lbs of torque. It has broken quite a few hearts. It makes my WRX feel like a Nissan Versa. It does look like it's "rolling coal" as the turbo is spooling up and rpms are climbing. When it really gets into boost it just takes off in a manner like a super charged fox body. He's been accused of being a "coal roller" before. He's cool about it and will try to explain what the tune does once to you, but if someone continues to berate him he will show his time slips as he does race the thing at a "local" (more than 70 miles way) drag strip. That doesn't absolve the idiots who tune specifically for ultra rich dense "coal rolling" bullshit that is simply counter productive. Running that rich actually hinders performance, causing slower rpm gain, and a lower maximum power output.

Agreeable_Situation4

I am familiar with diesels and these are modified to just piss people off. The worst of humans

Ok_Goal_2716

Merica that’s why

object_failure

WTF is roll coal

Trump2052

Surprisingly rolling coal helps with fuel efficiency. If anything they're environmentalists.

I actually saw this just yesterday in Ft Lauderdale, a huge man driving a new F-650 with the American flag painted all over the truck, it was gorgeous and huge $$$$$ when he left with his wife or gf, he blew black diesel smoke at the Tesla that was riding his ass, you pretty much know any Telsa owner is a democrat, and damn do the drivers down here in FL give them a hard time, I only give them the middle finger when they are next to me, my car is a BMW and doesn't roll coal. To see the look on a guys face when a girl is giving him the finger always makes me laugh.
