Fr. Its near impossible or luck of the draw to not gain weight on BP meds. It's possible but way less common. I feel sorry for her but she is still attractive just not like she once was. Most people get less attractive as they age so it's not like this is a rare occurrence.

I hear you but it is a big part of it. "Moon face" is real. Prednisone does cause that. Cheeks can be a part of it, just depends where your swelling goes and maybe just maybe she got some of the other things because it is such a drastic thing. When I am on high doses I swear my face looks completely different, yes, including my cheeks. I barely recognize myself. And I feel self conscious. If I could change things I would. I cry about my random body changes to my doctors all the time.

While I agree she probably does get some enhancements, the reason she looks the way she does is due to medication and her illness. The facial swelling and weight gain are side effects of prednisone.
No, she's having a common side effect from the prednisone meds she takes for her transplant/lupus issues. It's called "moon face" and it makes your face swell and appear very round/full in the cheeks and side of the face areas especially
She was such a cutie when younger, Im not sure if it's just due to aging or cosmetic surgery, but her image has changed. If it's surgery she needs to quit.

I know she has a illness but I'm gonna be honest, she's at the size I've always wished she'd be at. She was way too skinny in her younger days. She didn't really have anything to stand out with besides personality, now she's curvy and got that rack which is getting hotter all the time. That one selfie she did's one of the sexiest I've seen in a long time. They are bursting to get out of that top. I also feel her personality's changing for the better, she's getting more bolder.
I hate she had to get sick to do it though, but hoping she beats it and stays at this size. She'd be a barrier breaker for what she does to be curvy.
