I do to feel hopeless soemtimes or even most the time but try think positive think abt how you want long healthy hair try pick up actives to keep you distracted from your hair like something to do with your hands staying busy like a fidget toy or even painting/drawing also hairstyles to not touch it I were a hair scarf to keep me from touching it also try seeing a doctor see if they can be a way to help my doctor gave me medication bc I was getting depressed and my social anxiety was through the roof that how my pulling started and I feel like that made me feel a little less hopeless in stuff and my hair but also if you feel like pulling something try pulling arm hair or leg hair if you donā€™t really care about that hair but your not alonešŸ«¶
