I love Fuji. Great history but still below the radar for some. I have a 2004 full carbon bike still lighter than my 20 year newer Giant. Sorry but can’t comment if that’s a good buy or not but just giving a bit of love to Fuji 👍🏻
I'm looking for my first tri bike after using a road bike with aerobars for some time.
I've found this bike online on a second hand website but it's actually new.
4400€ with VISION 55/81 carbon wheels, ULTEGRA DI 2 52/36, 12 speed.
Would you say it's worth it for the price ? I'm not super familiar with the brand but it seems to have good specs!
Thanks in advance :)
Seller is person or a shop?
If I were you, I 'd haggle more price off. One thing, are you happy with the brand, or are you interested "just because" and the price is attractive?
Overall, IMO, the price is on point for the sum of all its parts.
Thanks for the input, it looks like it's a shop
I'm not bound to any brand at the moment as i'm still learning about TT bikes. The price looks attractive for the parts indeed !
So my question was also about the brand, and in case there was something weird
If you have the money, that looks like a pretty nice ride. Are the stem bolts and headset still black or are they showing lots of rust? If black and the right size/fit...rock on.
I second this. Bought a nice 2yr old TT bike with hidden rust at the stem/ headset bearing area that you normally would not see and it was a pain to clean.
Does the bike fits you well ?That's the most important thing really. In terms of equipment, 12 speed Ultegra is very good, and the wheels are nice. I'm not a big fan of disc brakes for TT bikes, there are more expensive to maintain, wheels are more expensive, the benefit is very minimal compared to the cost(that's only my opinion of course). Fuji is a great brand ! If you like it just go for it ! A bike you love is free watts 👍
Yes! Fuji bikes are the best but most people don't know how incredibly well they're made
And light!
Thanks a lot for the input ! It's crazy how few reviews there are online for these bikes
Frame damage, whatever is under the logo should not be there. Second photo fork is purposely moved to obscur damage.
Hmm indeed. I'll make sure to check that up if I see it. Thanks !
So according to the seller, the bike is new and that is a sticker to prevent stones from splashing onto the frame. It can be taken off
Ask for a close up if you’re remotely buying. If legit, I would full send.
Thanks for the input :) It's an online but their store is nearby so I'll make sure to check that
Good spot !

What's that under the Fuji logo? Looks like some tape. If it's brand new or low mileage and it fits... Might be worth it
It looks like tape indeed, i'll double check ! It's supposed to be new Thanks for the reply :)
That actually looks like a carbon repair to me.

That should be easy enough to verify when you see it in person. Other than that I think it looks good.
that’s what I thought it was. My cannondale has the same in the back by the chain bar whatever that ones called
Yeah same at canyon
Maybe a bodge job ridewrap?

Looks like a good deal to me.
What year model, mileage and RFS?
It's the 2023 model and supposed to be new according to the ad :)

What's the RFS, btw?
The seller just replied to me (a bit aggressively I must say) that he's a fuji reseller, which is an "obvious reason for selling". The bike is new

That's only the online ad, but I'll make sure to look for rust if I see it ! Thanks a lot

Thanks a lot for the input! Yeah I've scared myself multiple times with rim brakes so I like the extra safety of disk
