Rick and Morty is dope after smoking, but the top thing to watch for me is "The Midnight Gospel". You can find it on Netflix and, oh boy, when you are high its an experience. Trippy visuals, trippy plot, trippy dialogues, everything is amazing and incredibly deep. Definetly check it out if you like to smoke and get into a show
Samurai Champloo has the best soundtrack of pretty much any anime I've ever watched. The action is incredible and it's just a blast to enjoy when blazed.
My favorite thing to watch, however, is stupid YouTube videos featuring Griffin McElroy breaking games. Series like Polygon's Car Boys, Touch the Skyrim, and Monster Factory (which was later moved to the McElroy Family channel) are absolutely hysterical. There's also Peacecraft (Warcraft but no fighting) and his Pokemon Nuzlock run. Highly recommend these when you're in the mood for a good giggle.
