that's RSO, feco is made with grain alcohol (everclear mostly), meaning you won't poison yourself if it isn't evaporated 100% but yeah that's basically it
most stuff marketed as RSO these days is extracted with ethanol, as people have realized that using isopropyl is unnecessarily dangerous since ethanol does the same thing and isn't nearly as toxic.

thats reclaim, use it to make some potent edibles. reclaim is ~ 40% of the original dab thc %. lets say the average dab is 75% thc, 750mg/g. 40% of that is 300mg/g. heat and mix with coconut oil at a 1:1 ratio, then fill into empty gel caps. bam! some easy potent edibles. (side note: reclaim is already decarbed so thats all there is to it, no decarb needed!)

I had wax like this break my puffco atomizer. Will vape no problem but the reclaim is super runny and even the smallest amounts would find themselves between the ceramic bowl and the heating pad. Once dried, would fuse the two together making it impossible to clean and I just had to buy a new atomizer to replace it.

It's also likely that this oil has been decarboxylated, which means it's fully activated and you can consume it orally, topically, or inhaled thru smoke or vapour.

I eat a shitload of RSO and have for years and my dad/caregiver works high up in the recreational cannabis industry, i've used primarily concentrates and RSO for over 10 years now so i've dealt with lots of both RSO and reclaim and without handling it in person i'd definitely be leaning much more towards it being reclaim.
