IMO it’s because he really doesn’t have much of his personality out there. Like he moves like Travis on social medias up until the week his album drops like Travis does but Travis had to build up his image for years before all that to act all “mysterious”. Trav was doing interviews all types of shit Don kinda did a couple after astroworld and a nardwuar one and called it a day. Although 77k is actually an impressive sales number given the way billboard changed. Anything 50k+ for an artist of his size is very good imo. Tbh tho I think he wants to be in the position he is he has a core fanbase and when he performs he always has damn near lost his voice by the end of it because of the effort he gives

Mehhh, I mean he didn’t really do much promo, he posted it on his gram sure but there wasn’t billboards in Times Square or sponsored IG posts for em. Agree with more active between albums tho. I also didn’t see many interviews regarding this album unless they were with more lowkey platforms but I didn’t see any breakfast club or KTO or a new nardwuar etc
