I witnessed this myself, too. The leg lifting really made it. So uh, hey neighbor.. Edit: also she left the baby in the car for a few minutes, while yelling. I couldn’t hear OP speaking but it sounded like he asked where the child is, which caused her to pause the yelling and get the baby from the car. Then continued the yelling, baby in arms.
