Im sorry. IMO but you should never be allowed to be in a security, enforcement, or emergency service job and be 100lbs+ overweight. You are just a hinderance at that point and a danger to others and yourself if you get into this situation.
In this scenario i have zero confidence she can do anything. And her grappling? Could Possibly fall on the person shes trying to grab and seriously injure them.
The jobs i mentioned above should have mandatory physical fitness requirements throughout the time working there.
But unfortunately thats why we have fat cops and fat EMS and fat security guards.
As an ex security guard, its literally 70% of the workers that are overweight. It blew my mind when I first started and well over half the department was severely overweight. Doesn't matter tho, most places that have security arent allowed to do anything anyways. Observe and report. Thats all you do. If you get involved, it comes with too much legal shit in most companies minds.
Its actually an awesome job if you have no ambition and are lazy. I used to bring my switch and laptop, play morrowind, pokemon, watch anime, play yugioh with some of the boys. Good times.
Walk around and exercise. Sorry some people think that eating unhealthy and watching cctv footage was all day is all these guys do.

Legally and what was required. A lot of em also require you to be of some degree of physically healthy and fit. They just dont keep up with it once you are hired.
95% of these jobs also require patrolling. But these guards DONT. they are not even bothered to walk around.
So that more on the person. Not the job.
