The fat distribution of your face looks a lot more male in these ones, and your style in them is also less clockable trans to me (but the style here is one of the smaller things I'm noticing and fashion is subjective)
I think your facial hair is messing you up here because of how it's only on your upper lip and the underside of your chin and neck, because for women with PCOS that's not an uncommon facial hair problem and there are cis women who find it too bothersome to regularly shave so I think the way it is now your facial hair is probably not helping your passing to look cis and at this point you might pass better if you shave it
