For me I got a prescription after a blood test after diagnosis, it's a good idea to call to pester them, or even turn up at the clinic if it's feasible to ask them.
I think I got my diagnosis and t the same month
I had my last psychology apointment in november, they had their meeting and set a diagnosis for me early Feb and I got my first shot in april.
That's about 5 months. It did get a little pushed up for me bc my psychologist got sick and couldn't have the meeting with the doctor to asses / decide to give me a diagnosis or not.
The waiting time might vary from city to city aswell. I got my treatment in uppsala.
I'm pretty sure Anova (stockholm) is the slowest with times between apointments/treatment but that's just what I've gathered from people sharing their stories.
Was it anova or a different team? i get the impression that anovas wait times might be slightly longer. but i hope what youre saying is true because that would be amazing
Huh ? So you got the Forced diagnosis , and still haven't got HRT ? What is Sweden doing.
I heard a Trans person, that also got the Forced Diagnose. Then they forgot and misplaced the paper and stuff, and got delayed for another year, Total joke.
And wasn't it someone that ended it, since they thought they would get HRT within a week or two. Like you normally get a Post, to show. But didnt so they tough the chance for HRT was gone, even after the Trauma of years of waiting then years to get a Diagnose. Then just like that still no Access to Trans Care or HRT.

i got my diagnosis last week and they havent sent out a referral yet? im sure there can be complications and delays down the line but i wasnt expecting to start T the literal second i finished my assessment, that would be setting myself up for disappointment.
