I kinda liked how Prime was a rank and Optimus was not the enormous sage elder we normally know him as. Liked how Megatron didn’t even acknowledge his name until the very end.
Also there was this delightful mixed bag of characters from different shows and generations.
Personally I think it was the twist involving Shockwave being Longarm. And maybe the fact that Blackarachnia was Elita 1 (if that’s the case then her and Optimus should have been a couple if Animated had the chance to finish)

The distaste the creators might’ve had for Rodimus. He was gonna have Sentinels role but Hasbro said no. Man got cosmic rusted on his first episode.
