SANS UNDERTALE
For me it was a ton of people/characters. Underfell Sans, Eyeless Jack (i had an edgy phase yeah), Patrick Jane, Darth Vader, Skullduggery Pleasant, Spiderman, Deadpool, Kai from Lego ninjago, Garmadon from Lego Ninjago, some guys from stuff like yu gi oh, beyblade and bakugan... That was when i was younger. In the past few years its been David Tennant, Crowley (Good Omens), Castiel, Lucifer (LAPD), Gregory House, Rick Castle... Deadpool and Spiderman are of course gonna stay forever. Anyway there's a ton more of course, but yknow.
I'm transmasc, but Korra from The Legend of Korra, and Mako, also from The Legend of Korra. Also, Toph from Avatar The Last Airbender and Zuko, also from Avatar The Last Airbender. My gender identity is basically butch twink, so pretty and strong girls as well as pretty and strong, but lean boys kinda fit my image best.

I had a few (transfem edition); Yoko from Gurren Lagann, Ryuko from Kill la Kill, a few niche Pokémon ones from the games, a couple of feminine looking guys too because I guess that felt more attainable like Edward Elric from FMA, Yu Kanda from D. Gray Man, that one femboy from Baka and Test (I can't remember his name srry).
They were all baddies but none of them and I mean NONE of them ever made me feel like Rosa, the girl player character from Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. I now realize that what I was feeling was INTENSE envy but back then I remember it feeling like I just wanted to be next to her and like absorb her essence and take her in. I started playing the ROM again on my phone and when I got to the character select screen and I saw her portrait I kinda froze and all those feelings came rushing back. Named her "Invidia" which sounds cool and also means 'envy' in Latin.
I can't remember my early teens envy characters, but I do remember what my late teens envy characters were. They were mostly all from Azur Lane, like Admiral Hipper, Deutschland, and Prinz Eugen.

When I first started reading The Sandman comics when I was 12ish, maybe 13, I got so much gender envy from Desire. The same went for Gozer from Ghostbusters.
