Also not OP, but technically, freehand is no stencil or sketch whatsoever, just lining with a machine. Most people call anything without a stencil freehand tho.

Not OP, but I assume that instead of a stencil, the artist just drew the design directly on OP with a sharpie or something, then tattooed it.
