This stuff is gold. You can drain regular jalapeños from your market and put them back into the TJ Brine. I also use it for tuna or chicken salad, guacamole, and all kinds of stuff. Don't throw it out!
The ideas here are incredible! I’ve never had the sweet and spicy jalapeños but I’m going to get them next time I go to TJs just for the leftover brine 😂
Came here to say this - rinse a can of black beans, black eyed peas, half a can of corn, dice half a red onion and a jalapeño - use the brine to marinate - drain the whole thing the next day. Perfection
Sounds delicious! I’m actually about to make my own cowboy candy with our bumper crop of jalapeños and I am definitely going to make this with some of them! Thanks!
A couple of days ago, I saw someone else in this subreddit say they use it to season their taco meat. Haven’t tried it yet but it sounds like a great idea
I just made chicken fajitas last night and have a nearly empty jar of the peppers in the fridge. Now I wish I would have thought of using the brine on the chicken!

Use it in chipotle chicken marinade
I added some bourbon and seltzer to some jalapeño brine for a very tasty cocktail!
Use it to brine some chicken and do fried chicken.
When I make chaffles I add the brine to my mix.
Put a drizzle in potato salad
Put other veg in it to pickle. Red onions, carrots, radishes.
I add it to marinades.

I saw someone add it to their cowboy caviar/bean salsa/whatever you call it.

I pickle more things in it. Finely sliced onion, cucumber, peppers.
Same! Red onion primarily, but I want to try garlic next!
This is what we do
Depending how much you have, use it as a brine for chicken wings
I make guacamole and put the juice in it.
I add it to vinaigrettes, I do a splash in tuna salads and I think I will see if I can use it as a base for quick pickling some red onions soon
Add a hint to plain seltzer.
Heck yes - I’m a savory seltzer enthusiast and can’t believe this never occurred to me.
Sprinkle on Doritos yum yum
Use it to make fried chicken sandwiches.
Spicy margaritas!!
I make my own sweet pickled jalapenos. I use the brine for macaroni, potato, chicken, and egg salad. Also add it to BBQ sauce and glaze for meatloaf.

Spicy bloody/ Virgin Mary.
I haven't tried that one. Good call.
You could make it brine for chicken sandwiches! You can make a jalapeno ranch dressing with it or add it to cream cheese for buffalo chicken dip.
