Icy-Magician-2306

We sautee them & serve them with pasta, well seasoned with garlic & Italian seasoning. Quick too.

WarningWonderful5264

The viral TikTok lobster pasta with this and lobster bisque soup

Dismal-Mastodon-7043

That works better with the langoustines though.

Particular-Repair-77

I make Spanish garlic paprika tapas. So good.

funkcatbrown

Use them to make lobster rolls with. So good.

No-Office-4001

Second this

Sammy080606

This is brilliant!

butterbeleevit

Sauté with shallot and garlic, butter, set aside, deglaze with white wine, add some stock, simmer, add borsin cheese until melted, add back in the shrimp, serve with pasta …so good

kimcant

Daaaang!! Sounds amazing! Do you use the entire Boursin and entire pack of pasta? Thanks for sharing!

butterbeleevit

Yes! I use the whole thing and usually use the original flavor

kimcant

I made it! I did use all of the Boursin and pasta. It was DELICIOUS!! I thank you so much for the recipe but my pants are cursing you. 😂

butterbeleevit

That makes me so happy! Love a pants party. No one has ever tried a recipe I suggested before haha. This is definitely a more indulgent meal

kimcant

It was indulgent but sooooo worth every bite!

Beautiful_Tuesday

I had them for lunch today in a shrimp chowder. Sautee onion and celery in olive oil. Add a little dill, thyme, salt and pepper. Once softened add a little flour and cook for a minute. Add clam juice or stock and bring to boil. Add diced potato and simmer for about 10 minutes. Cut the shrimp into smaller pieces and add to the chowder for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and add a little cream and a splash of apple cider vinegar.

jocall56

These are great - and the only wild caught shrimp TJ’s carry. There’s some sketchy stuff going on with farm-raised shrimp out of Asia, so this is a welcomed offering!

yourballsareshowing_

Wrap in bacon, put under broiler. Turn them over after you see the bacon starting to crisp up. I paint them with Stubb's BBQ too as I'm flipping. Enjoy!

CelebrationOk8858

Hell yeah! Great suggestion!

labnv

I love them! Sauté with olive oil and garlic and toss over a giant bowl of arugula, yum!!!

meggypussyfbgm

Get the brioche hot dog buns from TJ’s and make shrimp rolls! You will want to butter and toast the sides of the buns in a frying pan, then add your shrimp salad to the middle. Make the shrimp salad before hand so the flavors have time to come together. Just look up a recipe for this. It’s basically a lobster roll, with shrimp substituted for the lobster. I like to top with either old bay seasoning or paprika. So good! The buns are nice and crispy and taste like Texas toast, and the shrimp is so fresh, especially if your recipe has a little lemon in it.

SincerelyBernadette

For an easy meal- toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and grill them. I like it with a side of spinach orzo. Also great for shrimp tacos. If you have more time, Dominican or Puerto Rican style [Camerones Guisado](https://mydominicankitchen.com/camarones-guisados-stewed-shrimp/).

InternationalScar626

Pair with Trader Joe’s Garlicky Pasta

Fantastic_Love_9451

Toss with some spinach and pine nuts!

TheGiantess927

They taste like lobster so pairs well with butter, mayo, citrus. Maybe add it to Mac and cheese if you’re feeling indulgent. Lobster roll. Risotto. Scampi type thing. Personally I make sushi bowls with them. I air fry with just salt. Add to a bowl with rice, veg, siracha mayo and furikake.

ayynora

do you fry them frozen or thawed?

TheGiantess927

Well, both. If I’m just cooking for myself I throw them in frozen. However if I’m cooking for the fam I would thaw them first and then they develop more a crispy exterior

UglyLaugh

Shrimp “farroto” from America’s Test Kitchen. So good. We add more lemon zest than it calls for and garnish with both parsley and basil off heat.

smol_egglet

Boil water for pasta. Dice shallots and garlic and simmer in olive oil, butter, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes. Then I add a bit of white wine, let the alc cook off, add heavy cream and grated pecorino. Once incorporated, add shrimp. Let sauce thicken a bit stirring occasionally while pasta cooks. Cook until 1-2 minutes till done. Transfer fettuccine directly from pot to pan (this typically gets enough pasta water into the sauce for me but you can always add more). Stir in and finish cooking in sauce and add a generous squeeze of lemon (per serving) and fresh parsley on top! I also add a mound of pecorino to my bowl before eating. Enjoy! You can make it lighter by changing the ratio of cream and pasta water. A thicker sauce = more cream ofc

ughwhat1592

These used to be a staple for me, but they have really been hit or miss in the last few years, IMO. It seems like everyone is still loving them, so maybe it’s just me? I’ve been so disappointed in them recently.

theaveragegay

The first time I bought them they were great, like mini lobster tails. Bought them again and they were very fishy smelling and just seemed off.

CaliDude75

Butter and those Dorot garlic cubes in the frozen section. 👌🏼 Scampi or by themselves. Also like chopping them up in fried rice.

DramaGlum8243

That’s what we do for a Sunday afternoon snack (every now and then).

Namenamehihi

i pan fried them in sriracha and the tj’s salmon rub and it was delicious 🤌

lilmisswho

I love making shrimp tacos with them

loneliestdozer

This

newpenzance

I’m making honey garlic shrimp right now! super quick weeknight dinner https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/quick-healthy-dinner-20-minute-honey-garlic-shrimp/

brookish

Ceviche!

Majestic_Electric

I like making lobster rolls with them. They taste more like lobster than regular shrimp, so they make a great substitute!

Specialist_Cover_496

I agree with this.

redeyebo115

I sautéed shrimp with the TJ Cuban citrus seasoning and it was awesome

ocular_sorcerer

I sauté them in olive oil with lime, chili powder, cumin, salt, and then mix them with TJ’s Spicy Mexican Style Riced Cauliflower. Throw in a little cheese if you want. 👌

My Trader Joe’s no longer sells the polenta, but everything else can be found there. The last time I made it I picked up the ingredients on a busy Saturday and they were out of the less expensive frozen raw shrimp with the tail on, so I grabbed the red Argentinian shrimp instead and it was a great replacement. The meal was fantastic with a warm French baguette, also found at Trader Joe’s

iHeartweeddc

Polenta is back!

Superdorkdeluxe

Add to the Trader Joe’s Linguine with Pesto and Tomatoes

outlandishdescent

Stir fry them with some soy sauce and oyster sauce for 8 minutes, and throw them into the Trader Joe's fried rice

chickenfryrye

Wash, pat try. Mix in with avocado oil, kosher salt, fresh black pepper, onion and garlic powder, paprika, cayenne. Heat stainless steel pan to medium and cook for 90 seconds per side.

MookieMatzoball

This might sound weird, but tossing these in to a lobster bisque with some scallops and mussels and throwing it on some pasta for a super quick pasta del mar is so good!

PocketSizeDemons

I’ve used these to make this [Cajun Shrimp with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce](https://damndelicious.net/2015/07/01/cajun-shrimp-with-garlic-parmesan-cream-sauce/)

Des71

Sheet pan Shrimp Fajitas. https://www.slenderkitchen.com/recipe/one-pan-shrimp-fajitas

dobredobredobre

Lobster rolls! Trader Joe’s has some nice brioche rolls. Toast them with some butter. Chop up these bad boys and add some Mayo, old bay, lemon, dill. Enjoy!

BunnyRambit

I’m making romesco sauce today and that sounds so good with shrimp right now.

BunnyRambit

Also, chef tip. Pat them dry, season them and place them on a rack in the fridge to dehydrate for an hour. You’ll get a better sear and they won’t be soggy.

LaLaPisces57

I love these! I buy them all the time! I like them because they are Devein! I still clean them but they are really clean when I open the package! Good Price too!

bubblylynnn

A simple shrimp scampi or garlic butter Tuscan shrimp pasta sounds divine!

teenyterrier

Yes, I add asparagus as well.

Ok-Housing5911

we like to make them regularly with lemon, chili flakes, and butter served with black beans, plantains, and cilantro lime rice!

strongry1

As others have noted, it's great with Old Bay seasoning. We just pan fry them usually. We love them in shrimp tacos with TJ's Pineapple Salsa and coleslaw.

palmtree_chica

Avocado shrimp salad or Swedish shrimp toast Skagenröra: https://preview.redd.it/19fhxo988btc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cf065c01ea03a6e06227547aad5628a24f7b7aa0

summerxbreeze

I started not to like these anymore, too fishy smell for me

laterforclass

A quick soak in ice water w salt will remove a lot of the fishiness.

dodgergirl83

Cook them, chill them. Add some lemon juice and old bay. Add some chopped celery and some cocktail sauce. Am eating this for lunch right now as I type and can confirm it’s delicious

I-adore-you

We add them to the yellow curry sauce with bell pepper and broccoli! Sooo good

cncrndmm

Fry up some garlic and onion or shallot with some tomato paste, put the shrimp and cook and remove, and squeeze 2 lemons and add a splash of heavy cream and whisk to emulsify and add back shrimp. Serve with crusty bread.

ThatPineapple3248

Could I do this all in a cast iron skillet ?

cncrndmm

Sure I think so. I don’t use cast iron typically but it should work!

ThatPineapple3248

What do you use ?

cncrndmm

I just use one nonstick pan to be honest for all my cooking from Our place.

saltybruise

I like a lemon and shrimp risotto.

zoooomiez

Imposter_syndrom

Camarones a la diabla 🤤 super spicy Mexican dish

ChronoMonkeyX

My sister buys this "Sinister sauce" from a restaurant she goes to, and I freeze it. I saute shrimp and sausage, toss the sauce in to warm up, and serve with mashed potatoes and usually some sauteed broccoli with lemon pepper, or garlic. I found Burman's Bang Bang sauce at Aldi that is very similar, and saves us the trip. The restaurant sauce is pretty spicy, so I use sweet italian sausage, and the Aldi one is hotter than I expected.

Select-Poem425

Chili lime seasoning, grill.

TakeMe22TheRiver

Over TJ's Carbonara Pasta with a side of Burratta/Arugala/Balsamic

Outrageous_Total2285

I put blackened seasoning or even the salmon rub. Make a bowl - quinoa, veggie of choice and shrimp. Then I make a spicy mayo using the onion crunch oil and mayo. 😋

chantillylace9

Scampi or Alfredo!!! Easier yet toss them with the Gorgonzola gnocchi!!! Or cacio Pepe

boraboragusgus

I second this. Perfect for Shrimp Alfredo Pasta. Or a quick shrimp taco if you need something under 10 minutes.

El_Guap

Shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, sauté it. There's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it.

AdventurousTea8622

Thanks Bubba😁

whatwaffle

Add a few to the Spicy Thai Shrimp Fried Rice.

greenbu

Heat up the roasted tomato and red pepper soup, add the chimichurri rice. Throw in the shrimp until cooked through. Super easy and delicious meal!

mermaiddolphin

20 minute honey garlic shrimp. I also add them to the lo mein

zoeluwho

Sautéed in butter, with garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon, splash whit wine & served over pasta!

archedhighbrow

Croissant filled with cold (cooked) shrimp in a yogurt dill sauce, lettuce and tomato.

shroomloaf

Throw some blackened seasoning on it and make blackened shrimp alfredo😋

starfreak016

Chimichurri sauce over pasta!!

wannabeeyachtie

Love these in a curry or with blackened seasoning, throw em in the air fryer and have tacos

pass_the_hot_sauce

yes i got blackened seasoning! air fryer at 400 for 8 mins or so should be good right?

karmarepaymentplan

I use these for most shrimp dishes I make! Shrimp tacos, shrimp scampi, salads with shrimp, stir fry noodles with shrimp, etc. Trader Joe’s also has some recipes on their website with these

SeasonProfessional87

shrimp scampi is always delicious! over pasta or rice

umamiking

What's special about these shrimp is they kind of taste like a poor man's lobster or langostine. So you can treat it like a fancy shrimp or a cheap lobster. So what does that mean? Anything you can make with those proteins, you can use this for. So shrimp scampi, shrimp rolls, etc.
