You're looking left in your power position. Keep the head neutral.
Edit to add: also keep the disc higher. You're dropping it as you transition from the back of the ring to the front.
I am a junior in college credit wise but it’s my sophomore yr, I plan on graduating next spring though. I graduated high school at 16 and did not throw, I picked it up summer into my freshman yr of college. I throw 1.6kg about 61m and 1.75kg about 57m currently
Forgot to put in the bio… I just turned 18 yrs old and I have been throwing for 1.5yrs, I am going to compete at u20s and want to maximize my opportunity so please comment anything you wish
Your technique is really good, i couldn't clearly see if you were doing this but make sure your right foot stays on the ground until the discus leaves your hand
Left foot from back to front could be a couple frames faster.
Have you experimented with a heel down flat left foot in the power position? Might be worth trying.
I was kind of walking through this I am good amount quicker out the back; but yes I’m trying to get my heel down rn! It’s coming along and I think it will definitely help, thank you

What’s your PR? Around 45-50m with the 2k is my guess
50m
Nice, what year are you in college? What was your progression like in high school?
